The Allen & Heath Xone XD2-53 headphones are the upgrade version of the original XD-53 model, with major differences like the 53mm Neodymium driver that covers the ears for improved sound isolation and also allows for an extended frequency range.
The build quality is excellent, the headphones feature a strong metal reinforced headband which is able to withstand the daily abuse from professional DJ use.
Another difference from the previous version is the detachable 1.2m coiled cable which ends in a 3.5mm connector and also comes with a 1/4″ jack adaptor.
The Allen & Heath Xone XD2-53 headphones feature a closed-back design and are recommended to anyone whos in the market for solid not-so-expensive DJ monitoring over ear headphones.

The Denon DNHP1000 headphones feature soft padded ear cups able to swivel 180 degrees thanks to the dual-pivot mechanism. The driver housing is made out of very sturdy stainless steel, providing superior durability and build quality.
